If your order isn’t the right fit, we offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

• Just email us at support@shopbairi.com with your order number, and we’ll get you started.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

• Because many of our pieces are limited runs, exact exchanges may not always be possible.

• Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
