We want you to love your pieces.

If your order isn’t the right fit, we offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

Just email us at support@shopbairi.com with your order number, and we’ll get you started.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Because many of our pieces are limited runs, exact exchanges may not always be possible.
Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
